Joseph has broad experience across construction and infrastructure development with tier one builders. He brings a specialty in managing commercial and residential projects – he has successfully delivered several boutique apartment developments within Melbourne’s inner suburbs, from feasibility through to superintending the staged construction programs. Joseph prides himself on a passion for design and an eye for detail.
As a Co-Founder and Director of J2, he works across project strategy, client liaison and stakeholder management, ensuring that clarity and integrity is upheld from beginning to end. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Planning and Design and a Bachelor of Property & Construction from the University of Melbourne.

John brings experience in the hotel and residential building industry, having contributed to some of Victoria’s biggest projects. Before co-founding J2, John worked as a Project Engineer with a tier one builder, and then went on to work as a client-side Project Manager, delivering large hotel and residential developments within Melbourne’s CBD.
John’s natural sense of integrity means a decisive and common-sense approach to Operations at J2, with a focus on the sourcing and acquisition of sites, feasibility studies and other front-end services, all with an eye on project viability and return on investment.
